IJRMSSS welcomes manuscripts advancing the science and practice of radiation medicine across screening, surveillance, and survivorship — including cardiac toxicity sparing, our inaugural focus. We consider original research, systematic and narrative reviews, methods and technique papers, and clinical perspectives.

Editorial screen
The editorial team checks scope and completeness before assigning reviewers.
Compensated peer review
We invite our own reviewers and pay them for their work. Reviews are conducted transparently and posted with the final article.
Decision & publication
Accepted manuscripts are published with its signed peer reviews alongside it and the full text free to every reader; authors and reviewers are paid from corpus licensing and Institute funds, never from reader charges.
