I rarely if ever write something like this, yet I have to express how incredibly impressed I was with Dr. Hess.  I felt under no pressure to hurry and he was extremely clear, kind, thorough, professional, and probably one of the best in-person doctor visits I've ever had in my 76 year. Please give him my great kudos. I wish there were more wonderful humans who are doctors – he was that amazing.
