About Dr. Gaulter:

A seasoned family physician with over 30 years of experience, she is deeply committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her holistic approach emphasizes building lasting doctor–patient relationships and supporting health and well-being through every stage of life.

For more than two decades, Dr. Gaultier served the Grass Valley community, practicing full-spectrum family medicine with Sierra Care Physicians. Her medical career spans a wide range of experiences, from local primary care to international service as a contract physician with the U.S. Foreign Service. While abroad, she provided care at U.S. embassies and regional medical facilities in Haiti and Burkina Faso, underscoring her dedication to global health and cross-cultural patient care.

Guided by a holistic philosophy, Dr. Gaultier prioritizes strong, lasting doctor–patient relationships and supports health and well-being at every stage of life. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, reflecting her enduring commitment to advancing the field of family medicine.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Gaultier is deeply engaged in her community. A passionate musician, she plays the fiddle in the local traditional music scene. She also enjoys gardening, knitting, and spending meaningful time with her family in Nevada City, California.
